The opportunity
We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our growing marketing team here at Lottie. You will be a crucial part of increasing our organic website traffic and work on a variety of projects, including keyword research, writing compelling content that resonates with our audience, and contacting journalists for creative PR campaigns.
With a results-driven mindset, you will help us achieve our goals of increasing organic traffic and growing our SEO performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords to optimise the website for across our blog and product pages
- Optimise our on-site content through SEO copywriting, including meta tags, headers and URLs to improve our search engine visibility and user experience
- Work closely with the SEO and PR Manager to develop and execute link building strategies (off-site SEO) to secure high-quality backlinks for Lottie’s website
- Monitor key SEO metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings and backlink portfolios, using Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Lottie’s internal analytics.
- Implement best practices for internal linking across our website

Who we’re looking for
- Proven SEO experience (at least 1 years’ experience): Broad knowledge and experience of SEO best-practices, including both on-page and off-page optimisation techniques. This means familiarity with keyword research, technical SEO, content optimisation, and link building.
- Content optimisation: The ability to optimise and create keyword-rich content that aligns with our SEO strategy and resonates with our target audience.
- Strong communication skills: You must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results driven: We’re looking for someone who can help us increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and contribute to the growth and success of our SEO performance.
